What is the refund policy? 

We will notify you if the refund was approved or not. All refunds will be returned to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to process. If you are expecting a refund and do not see it within that time frame please contact your banking institution or credit card before contacting us.

 

When will my order be shipped? 

All orders are shipped within 48 hours of purchase via USPS. Orders should arrive 5-7 business days after shipping. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout

The herbs used in our teas have minimal to no known side effects. It is recommended if you are on any medication, breast feeding, pregnant, or have been diagnosed by a doctor that you consult with a licensed practitioner before consuming herbal supplements. Safety is our number one concern so please listen to your body if you feel any discomforts while consuming any products stop taking immediately and consult with a doctor.
